발표자 소개 Marsal Gavalda Expect Labs

Marsal is a senior R&D leader with deep expertise in speech and language technologies. At Expect Labs, Marsal conducts research in speech recognition, language understanding, and machine learning applied to the MindMeld anticipatory computing platform. Marsal has also served as VP of Research at both Nexidia and Verint, and as Sr. Research Scientist at M*Modal. Marsal holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon, speaks six languages, and organizes, every summer, a science and humanities seminar in Barcelona on topics as diverse as machine translation, music, or the neuroscience of free will.
